You can export BCF topic files. If you want to also export the model, you will need to do that separately.
- From the BCF Topics page, select the three-dot Overflow button.
- Select Export Topics.
- Enter a name for the export.The name is used in identifying the export in the Export history page and in the name of the export BCF file.
- Enter export parameters to define the search and filter criteria for the topics being exported.
- Enter the first parameter.The Export window displays the topic detail fields.
- Select the field assigned for that parameter.For example, if you entered High, select the Priority field to search for high priority topics.
- Continue entering and assigning parameters until you entered them all.
- Use the Type, Priority and Status drop down lists and the Assigned to me checkbox to enter those parameters.
- Select the file format for the export and choose what details to include.
- Select Export.
- When the file is ready, select the Overflow menu and choose Import & Export History.
- Select the Exported Topics tab.
- Select Download for your exported topics.
