Allow Markup Access to Virtual Containers

You can capture design feedback from third parties, such as owners or financiers, on a package of documents or drawings while simultaneously restricting access to project information and correspondence related to the documents being reviewed.

Right-click on the virtual container (VC) to which you want to grant third-party markup access and select Configure > This Container.
The Dynamic Container Details window appears.
Select the Allow Markups check box.
This option displays only if you have Direct Access enabled; Direct Access is available at the Project level only.
Click OK.
