Form repeater rows allow the user to add extra rows where needed.
The repeater row can be identified via the Add New Row
icon . Clicking on
the icon will add a new row of fields below the existing row.
You can add as many rows as required. You can also remove a row by left clicking on the 
icon where
applicable.
