Edit Multiple Items

You can edit the information associated with multiple items at once by using the Editable Grid.

Open the container that contains the items you want to edit.
Go to Views > Editable Grid.
Click in the column next to the item that you want to download. Hold down CTRL and click, to select multiple items.
Change information, as desired. To apply the same information to multiple items, select the items, enter the information in a row, and then click .
Optional: To add additional columns to the page, right-click on and select columns from the list that appears.
Press the Enter key to save your changes.

To return to the list of items in the container, click on the Views drop down and click Generic View.
