Link an Item to a Location

You can link an item to a container while uploading it or editing it so that an item is associated with the location it was uploaded to as well as the location you link it to.

During the initial upload of an item, click the Plus icon, next to Linked Locations.
Select the container you want to link the item to, and click OK.
Once all information has been entered, click Upload Document.

To link an item while editing, highlight the item within the container, right-click on the Mouse icon, and select Edit. Follow the steps above to complete the linking.
