In the fourth release of Viewpoint For Projects™ in 2023, we’re starting the integration of Trimble Connect with VFP. This will allow you to view and interact with construction documents that are stored in Trimble Connect.
Trimble Connect Integration - Phase 1
The first phase of integrating Trimble Connect integrates a common project in Trimble Connect into your navigation tree in VFP. This allows you to view and interact with construction documents and models that are stored in Trimble Connect - expanding your view on information that may have originated from SketchUp, Tekla, or one of many Trimble MEP solutions, without needing to switch applications.
This first phase offers you a view into this Trimble ecosystem, and future phases will deliver deeper integration and offer our customers connected workflows across a very broad and powerful offering of construction solutions.
Underscores
You can now use underscores to separate components as part of the naming convention.
Data Classification
As part of the increased Classification functionality, you can now see classifications in a tree view. Configure the Classification Tree View option from your user settings.
