Enter A Support Ticket to Add Profile Groups to HiringThing

The profile groups you have set up in Onboarding will also apply to HiringThing, determining the employee information that your HR specialists can access.

At this time, however, profile groups configured in Onboarding do not flow to HiringThing and must be added manually with help from the HiringThing Support team.
  1. In HiringThing, select the Support menu in the upper right of any page, and then select Submit Support Ticket.
  2. Complete the fields on the ticket. In the Details section, request to have profile groups added for your company. Then list those specific groups.

  3. When you are finished, submit the ticket.
