Troubleshooting | Lost Verification Code

If you lost your verification code for setting up your account, you can go through the Forgot Password process to have a new one sent to you.

  1. Go to https://myprofile.trimble.com.
  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Select Forgot password.

  4. Select Send Code.

  5. The system will send a verification code to your email address that you can use to verify your identity.
    Important: Swipe up to leave the browser. Then go to your email inbox. You will come back to the Verify your identity page later.

  6. The verification code comes from Trimble Identity. Locate that email in your inbox.
  7. Copy the verification code from the email.

  8. Return to your browser on the Verify your identity page.
  9. Paste the code you just copied into the Verification Code field.

  10. Select Submit.
  11. Create a strong password that meets the requirements shown on the screen.

  12. Your Trimble ID has been created. You can now log in to Traqspera or hr.viewpoint.com.
