New hires can modify their personal information up until they
submit their onboarding forms.
New hires provide personal information, including
name, email address, and phone number, as the first step in the onboarding process. Some
personal information prefills based on the onboarding invitation. If the I-9, W-4, or
TD1 forms are included as onboarding tasks, the new hire's personal information prefills
portions of those forms. If a new hire needs to change their personal information
after submitting forms, you can select to unsubmit their packet so they can edit it.
Changes the new hire makes are reflected in the PDF versions of Forms I-9 and W-4
(U.S. employees) and the TD1 form (Canadian employees) that can be accessed from New
Hire Details.
Note: You cannot select to unsubmit records that have already
been sent to Spectrum.
