If a new hire's status is Invited, you
can update their personal information or add a note to their onboarding record.
An HR specialist must have the Manage New Hires permission to edit a new hire's
personal information.
Note: New hires provide personal information, including name,
email address, and phone number, as the first step in the onboarding process.
Some personal information prefills based on the onboarding invitation. If the
I-9, W-4, or TD1 forms are included as onboarding tasks, the new hire's personal
information prefills portions of those forms. If a new hire needs to change
their information after submitting their forms, see
Allow a New Hire to Edit Submitted Forms.
