The Onboarding module allows you to create electronic workflows for your onboarding processes.
Send onboarding invitations to new hires so that they can complete custom forms that you have created, Forms I-9 and W-4, and the Voluntary Self-Identification form. Administrators can track new hire progress on the Onboarding Dashboard, verify employment eligibility through the Fiddletree E-Verify Integration, and initialize completed onboarding profiles to HR Resources in Vista. All documents submitted as part of the onboarding process are attached directly to the new hire's Vista record.
