The Performance Review module allows employees and their assigned managers to complete review forms that score the employee's performance.
When a performance review is initialized, the employee sees a banner on the main page to indicate that the performance review process has started. Employees can select the available link to complete their portion of the performance review.
After employees complete their review, their assigned managers are notified via email to complete the same review as the employee. After employees and managers complete a review, it is added to HR Resource Review with the review date, overall score, and review details attached.
