Acknowledge Your Employee Performance Review

Employee performance reviews include answering questions about your performance and submitting your responses for manager review. Employees may also need to complete a final acknowledgment of the review.

  1. Go to Employee Tools > Performance.
  2. On the My Performance tab, complete your performance review questions and Submit.

    After your manager reviews your responses, you will see a notification in your portal that says you have a performance review waiting for your acknowledgment.

  3. On the My Performance tab, select Acknowledge Manager Review.
  4. In the popup window, indicate whether you Agree or Disagree with your manager's review, and sign in the box.
  5. To complete your review, select Acknowledge.
This saves your answers, acknowledgment, and signature with your manager's review in one combined PDF, which admins can access in Vista.
