If names for fields, buttons, and states for submittals have
been customized, an administrator can remove the customized names to reset them to their
default text by going to .
Changes to labels are immediately visible for all submittals in Viewpoint Team™.Tip: We recommend that you match corresponding labels. For example, if you change the Approver field to Architect, then you should also change the button name from Approve to Approve by Architect, and the field name from Due to Approver to Due to Architect.
- Select your name in the upper right corner and select
Admin Center.Note: If you don't see
Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.
If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.
The selected Enterprise Info tab appears.

Click .

Under Action Labels, clear the custom name to reset a
button to the standard name.
Tip: If you want to reset all the custom names for buttons, states,
and fields, click Clear All.

Under State Labels, clear the custom name to reset a state
to the standard name.

Under Field Labels, clear the custom name to reset a field
to the standard name.

Click Save Changes.
The labels are reset for all submittals in the enterprise.
