You can edit your user profile to change your personal
information in Trimble Construction One™.

Select your name in the upper right corner, and
then select My
Settings.
The Profile Information page
appears.

Modify the information in the following fields as
needed:
- Email/Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Phone (Optional)
Note: The email address is your username for Trimble Construction One and is where notifications from Trimble Construction One are sent.

To enable Microsoft Office for the web so you can edit a Microsoft Office
document live in Team, select the Enable Microsoft Office Online
Document Editing check box.
Note: If you are a Viewpoint Team user in China,
you no longer have the option to open documents for viewing or editing purposes using
Microsoft Office for the web, as the Microsoft integration with Team is no longer supported in your geography.

A user agreement message appears. Review and the agreement and accept to
proceed.

Select Save Profile.
Your user profile is saved with the updated
