A Project Editor can mark an RFI answered at any stage of the
RFI process to indicate that the answer was sufficient, and to close the RFI.
Once an RFI is closed, no further work can be
done on it.If you are not satisfied with the answer to the RFI,
you should respond to the RFI. You can explain why you are not satisfied and what
additional information you want.

From the Assigned to Me page, tap the
name of the RFI to open it.
You can also open the RFI from the
project page:

Tap
, and then tap the name of your
project.
If your project isn't shown, tap
All
Projects, locate your project on the Projects page, and
then tap to open it.

If the RFI is listed under Recent Items, you can
tap to open it. If it is not listed, tap Logs at the bottom of
the page, tap RFIs to view all RFIs assigned to you, and then tap the
RFI to open it.
The Details tab for the RFI
appears.

Tap the Mark Answered icon
at the bottom of the screen.

Read the confirmation message and tap OK.
The RFI is closed, and the creator of the RFI
receives email notification that the RFI has been answered.
