You can launch Viewpoint HR Management™, Viewpoint Financial Controls, or Viewpoint Field Management™ directly from the ViewpointOne platform. If single-sign-on has been enabled, you can log in and move easily between any of those applications and Team without having to log in again.
To open Viewpoint HR Management, Viewpoint Financial Controls, or Viewpoint Field Management from Team, the Keystyle tool must first be enabled and configured by the
Enterprise Admin. For instructions, see Activate or Deactivate Tools for the Enterprise.
To take advantage of single-sign-on, the single-sign-on setting must first be enabled in the portal for Viewpoint HR Management, Viewpoint Financial Controls, and Viewpoint Field Management. For instructions, see Configuring Viewpoint ID Log in in the knowledge base for those applications.

corner, and then click one of the following:

- Financial Controls: Click one of the Viewpoint Financial Controls options to open that page.
- Field Tools: Click one of the Viewpoint Field Management options to open that page.
- Approvals: Click one of the items under Manager Review to continue to that page.
- Employee Tools: Click one of the Viewpoint HR Management options to open that page.
The log in page opens in a
new browser tab.
Note: If you do not have permissions to access the item you
selected from the main menu, a message in the portal will indicate that and
provide details for requesting access.
