Open Spectrum PM Screens

Viewpoint Team™ provides the ability to access Spectrum PM screens for your project directly from your project page in Team.

In order to open Spectrum PM screens from your project page in Team, your Team enterprise must be linked to Spectrum.

Note: Accessing Spectrum PM screens will take up a Spectrum user license and Spectrum user permissions will apply.

Open Spectrum PM screens as follows:

From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project appears.
Click the Spectrum PM menu, and then select the Spectrum PM screen you wish to view.

The selected screen opens in Spectrum.

Note: Once you have opened a Spectrum PM screen from Team, clicking another option from the Spectrum PM menu opens the selected screen as a separate tab in your Spectrum browser but does not automatically redirect you to the screen. To view both Team and Spectrum simultaneously, drag the Spectrum browser to a different monitor, or resize and move it so both windows can be viewed side by side.

If the Spectrum PM menu is not visible or if the screen does not open, verify that your Team enterprise is linked to Spectrum.

The Spectrum PM tool is enabled by default. The Enterprise Admin can activate it or deactivate it as needed. For details, see Activate or Deactivate Tools for the Enterprise.
