Administrators can subscribe users to a folder so that
they are notified of changes made to it and its sub-folders by going to button and selecting Edit
Subscriptions.
Note: An individual must be added as a project contact before they
can be subscribed to a folder.
- From the home page, under Projects, select the name of
the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu

in the upper left-hand corner, select
Projects, and then select the
name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project
appears.
- Select the Documents tab.
-
Select the Subscribe check box next to
each folder you want to subscribe the user to.
-
Click the Actions button and select
Edit
Subscriptions.
The Manage Folder Subscriptions
window appears.
-
Enter a name, organization or email in the
Search field
to locate the user you want to subscribe to the
folder.
-
Click Save.
The user you have
subscribed to a folder will be notified of any changes (uploads, edits, revisions,
deletions, etc.) made to the folder that you have subscribed them to, and any of its
sub-folders. Note: Subscriptions inherit throughout the folder
tree; subscribing a user to a top-level folder also subscribes them to all
sub-folders. Additionally, older notifications are batched; as a result, users you
have subscribed to a folder will receive one combined email listing changes per
folder, per hour.
Users who have been
subscribed to a folder can unsubscribe by going to .
