Download Drawings

You can download selected drawing sheets in a ZIP file or combined in a single PDF file by going to Projects > Drawings and using the download button.

  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select the Drawings tab.
  3. Select the check box for each drawing you want to download. You can select multiple drawings.
  4. Select the Download button .
  5. From the Download Drawings dialog:
    1. Enter a File Name for the download file.
    2. By default any markups are included in the downloaded drawings. If you would like to download the selected drawings without markups included, select the Remove Markups slider bar.
    3. Under Download Option, select whether you want to download only the drawings you have selected or all drawings for your project.
    4. Under Download As, select whether you want to download the drawings as a single combined PDF file or contained in a single ZIP file.
    5. Select the Download button.
  6. The drawings are downloaded to your computer.
Note: To download an individual drawing, you can also open the drawing and use the Download option from the Drop menu in the drawing toolbar.
