Export the List of Drawings

You can export a list of drawings to create an Excel file by going to Projects > Drawings > More and selecting one of the Export options.

Note: The export contains the columns shown in the list of drawings. If you have changed the columns for the list of drawings, the export contains the modified columns.
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project displays.
  2. Select the Drawings tab, and make sure you are on the Current Drawings page.
  3. Select the More button in the upper right corner and choose one of the following export options:

    • Export All Revisions: Select this to export the details of all drawings for the project.

    • Export Latest Revisions: Select this to export the details of only the most recently revised drawings.

    Details about the drawings are downloaded to your computer in an Excel (.XLSX) file.

    Note: You cannot export individual drawings. If you select the checkbox next to any of the drawings listed, you will not have the option to export.
  4. Use your internet browser to open or save the file.
