Link a Photo to a Drawing

You can use the link tools in a Team drawing to link a Team photo to your drawing sheet in Team.

  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Click the Drawings tab, and then navigate to and click on the drawing you want to view.
    The drawing opens in your browser.
  3. Select the Link button , and then the Photo option .
  4. Select a location in your drawing sheet.
    The Link Photo window displays.
  5. Navigate to the photo you want to link to, select it, and then click Save Link.
    The photo is linked to the drawing. When you select the link in the drawing, the photo details appear in the right-hand column.
  6. When you're finished adding markups to the drawing, click the Save button to save your changes.
For any Team photos that are linked to a drawing, if you navigate to the Photos page and select the photo, a link icon in the right-hand column indicates that the photo is linked, and the name of the linked drawing is listed.
