Relate a Drawing to a Form

You can relate an area in your drawing sheet to an existing form or by creating a new form on the fly.

From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project appears.
Click the Drawings tab, and then navigate to and click on the drawing you want to view.
The drawing opens in your browser.
Select the Link button , then choose the form icon .
Select an area in your drawing sheet.
The Add Form Link window displays.
Perform one of the following:
- Relate an existing form by selecting the check-box under ID.
- Create a new form by selecting the category and selecting Create New Form.
Select Save Link.

Your form is now related to your drawing sheet.
