Set Auto-Incrementing for Drawings Revisions

You can specify auto-incrementing for your drawings revisions (up to 10 alphanumeric characters) by going to > Project Settings > Drawings.

This is useful if your drawings have a default starting revision of "Rev1," then the next revision will be auto-incremented as "Rev 2".
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner of the page, select the settings icon , then select Project Settings.
  3. Click the Drawings tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Default Starting Revision section and click Edit.
    Note: Drawings revision auto-incrementing defaults to "1".
  5. Enter your preferred auto-incrementing revision for your next upload (up to 10 alphanumeric characters).
  6. Click Save.
Auto-incrementing begins with your next uploaded drawing.
