Customize your Column View in Project Financials

You can change, reorder, and save your column views in each of your Project Financials grids.

By default, all columns in the PCO Log, Schedule of Values, and Budget grid are shown. You can hide any column except your Number, Item Number, and Phase Code.
Note: There are two ways to customize your grid view. For information on using filters to change your view, see Customize your Column View using Filters.
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select the Project Financials tab.
  3. On the right of your screen, select the Column Configuration button .
  4. Perform any of the following:
    • To hide columns, highlight Show / Hide Columns and deselect the check box for each column you no longer want to see in the list.
    • To change the order, drag the column headings under Rearrange Columns to your preferred order.
  5. Save your column view by selecting the wrench icon and selecting Save View.
    1. Name your view.
    2. Set the visibility to either private or public.
    3. (Optional) Set the view as default.
  6. Select Save.
Your grid view now shows columns you have selected in the order you have arranged.
