View the Schedule of Values

The Schedule of Values is a detailed statement of contract values including any original amounts, current amounts and billed amounts.

The Schedule of Values grid displays work items from your project and their respective costs. The totals of all items are calculated on the bottom of your SOV grid.
  • For Vista Users: Data is transferred from the JC Contracts form.
  • For Spectrum Users: Data is transferred from the Schedule of Value section under Contracts.
  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select Project Financials > Schedule of Values.
The Schedule of Values grid displays.
