Create a Revision of an RFI

You can create a revision of an RFI to modify the details of the RFI and restart the RFI process by going to Projects > RFIs > Other Actions > Create Revision.

You can only create a revision of an RFI to which someone has responded.

From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project appears.
Select the RFIs tab.
Select the RFI number for the RFI you want to work with.

Note: The RFI number appears in blue text and becomes underlined when you mouse over it.

The RFI page appears.
From the details page for that RFI, click Other Actions, and then select Create a Revision.

Team creates a new revision of the RFI and sets the previous revision to closed. You can now modify the details of the RFI revision and send it.

To view a previous revision, click on the revision number in the RFI heading and select the revision you want to see.
