RFI Visibility

Modified: 10 May 2026 Viewpoint Team Project Management Project Communications Help

All RFIs are private by default and visible only to the people on them. A Project Editor can make an RFI public so all members of the team can see the RFI, ensuring that the team only sees necessary RFIs.

A Project Editor can make a single RFI or multiple RFIs public to the team at a time. They can also make individual or multiple RFIs private if they need to hide them from the project team.

When an RFI is in draft state, it is only visible to the author, from person, and project editors, regardless of the visibility setting.
