Add a Drawing to an RFI

You can add a drawing to an RFI to include it with the RFI by going to Projects > RFIs > Add Drawing.

  1. From the home page, under Projects, select the name of the project you want to open.
    Alternatively, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner, select Projects, and then select the name of the project you want to open.
    The Dashboard for the project appears.
  2. Select the RFIs tab.
  3. Select the work item number to open the details page for that work item, and then select Add Drawing.
    The Add Drawing window appears.
  4. In the Drawing field, type the name or ID of a drawing from your project, and then select it from the drop-down list. Select Save.
    Note: If the drawing has already been added to the work item, an error message will appear.
A link to the drawing is now added to the RFI. You can click on the file name of the drawing to open it.

If you want to remove the link to the drawing from the RFI, click next to the name of the drawing. When the confirmation message appears, click Remove.
