You can send multiple RFIs to alert the contacts and get
responses by going to . This is the first step in the RFI process.
You must add an RFI before you can send it. See
Add an RFI.
When you send multiple RFIs for review at one time, they all have to be sent to the same
person for an answer. If you need to send the RFIs to different people, you have to send
them separately.- From the home page, under Projects, select the name of
the project you want to open.
Alternatively, go to the main menu

in the upper left-hand corner, select
Projects, and then select the
name of the project you want to open.
The Dashboard for the project
appears.

Select the RFIs tab.

Select the check box for each RFI you want to
send.

Click the Actions button
and select Send.
The Send window
appears.

(Required) In the To field, enter the name of
person you want to answer the RFIs.
Note: To filter the list of contacts:
- Enter the first few letters of the contact's
name.
- Select Team Contacts to
filter the list to contacts in your enterprise.
- Select PM Firm/Spectrum
Contacts to filter the list to just contacts from
your ERP system.
To add a Team user (someone who has a Team user account), enter
the full email address associated with that user. Note this is not
required if your enterprise is configured to limit contacts to Vista PM
firms.
To add a new contact, select
New Contact.

In the From field, enter the person
who wants the RFIs answered.

In the CC field, enter any
additional contacts you want to receive a copy of the RFIs.

In the Comment field, enter any
comments or notes about the RFI.

The Notify Recipients check box
is selected by default. If you do not wish to send email notifications to all
the indicated recipients, you can clear this check box.

Click the Send button.
The RFIs are sent to the contact in the To field and all contacts in
the CC field, and the ball-in-court status is updated.
