Expanded Enterprise Settings
The following enterprise settings are now available:
- Business units - created from companies in Vista.
- Companies - imported from Vista
- Project types - can be added
- Document types - imported from Vista
- Status codes - imported from Vista
These settings currently have limited functionality; however, they are an important part of planned enhancements and we will continue to develop and improve them in future releases.
Additional Project Classifications
When you add a new project or edit an existing one, you can now select the business unit and project type to classify the project. The business unit and project type come from the new enterprise settings.
Messaging Improvements
Messaging within Viewpoint Team™ is improved with additional banner types, so
you can easily determine the importance of the message.
- Informational messages for all users appear with a blue border.
- Scheduled maintenance messages for all users appear with a yellow/orange border.
- Critical messages for administrators appear with a red border.
