Some Vista Web users require a
Vista VA User Profile to complete certain tasks. These Vista Web users include reviewers, Office Tools users, those
needing access to the Vista application, and others.
Vista security impacts the data
that users are able to view in the web portal. This setup relies on the user's VA User
Profile being connected to the payroll company and employee number that they use to log
in to the portal. For example, if a manager can log in but cannot
view information for employees that they manage, it is most likely because this
manager's VA User Profile is not connected to the payroll company and employee
number they use to log in to the portal.
