Add the Field Service Offline App to a Device

Upload Vista Field Service to an iOS or Android device in order to access the application in offline mode.

After you add the application to your device, a Field Service icon displays on your Home screen for quicker access to application tools.

In the Field Service web application, select the hamburger menu and then select Enable Offline Access.
For iOS users, do the following on your device:
1. In Safari, navigate to the website URL for your portal, and open the Field Service web application.
2. Select the Upload icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Add to Home Screen.
4. On the Add to Home Screen page, select Add.
For Android users, do the following on your device:
1. In Chrome, navigate to the website URL for your portal, and open the Field Service web application.
2. Open the menu, and select Install app.
3. On the next screen, select Install to confirm.
Locate the Field Service icon on your Home screen, and select it to access the application in offline mode.
