The Service Manager Dashboard allows users to search for and access work orders and create and reassign trips from a single dashboard.
The dashboard shows all work orders that match search criteria, giving service managers a snapshot of the service site and service center, customer, job, and technician. You can also sort the dashboard to show a technician's unavailable time (entered in Vista SM Technician Unavailable Time), closed work orders, and other filter parameters. The dashboard also provides links to work orders and the ability to add new trips.
Assign users access to the Service Manager Dashboard on the User Access page (under Module
Bundle, select Field Service, and then select the
Service Manager Dashboard check box for applicable users).
