The Vista 2026.6 release includes several enhancements and new features, as well as defect fixes that apply to all geographies.
General Features
This release delivers on general user-requested enhancements, fixes, and other improvements.
- Trimble Marketplace Linked in Main Menu
- On the main menu, you can now select the Trimble icon to access a link to the Trimble Marketplace.
Easily explore Trimble products and integrations from the Marketplace.
- New Explicit SMTP Authentication Option
- To reduce email connection issues, Vista now explicitly separates Simple SMTP authentication from Integrated Windows authentication (NTLM/Kerberos). In VA Site Settings, you can select SMTP - Integrated from the Email Client field (Email Settings tab). See Email Client for more information.
- Update to Software Requirements
- For 2026.6 only, both the ASP.NET Core 8.0 and 10 Runtime Windows Hosting Bundle should be installed on the Vista Application server.
Headquarters Features
This release delivers user-requested Headquarters enhancements, fixes, and other improvements.
- Updates to the HQ Super Funds form (Australia only)
New fields and logic in the HQ Super Funds form support the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) SuperStream Alternative File Format (SAFF) for bank transfers to various superannuation funds, particularly Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF). See these pages for more information:

- Self-Managed Super Fund group box: BSB Number, Account Number, Account Name, Electronic Service Address
Additionally, the Fund ID field has been repositioned in the form and renamed Unique Fund ID (USI/SPIN).
Payroll Features
This release delivers bug fixes and Australia-related Payroll enhancements.
This update prepares Australian payroll users for the Payday Super regulatory reform, which takes effect on 1 July 2026, changing how employers calculate, pay, and report Superannuation Guarantee (SG) amounts. Vista has been enhanced to ensure full compliance with these new requirements.
From Vista, you can generate legacy QuickSuper files for obligations dated through June 2026, and use the new SAFF format for all payroll from 1 July 2026 onward.

- Updated STP Reporting: E-file creation that includes mandatory reporting of Qualifying Earnings (QE) for all submissions with a Tax Year of 2027 or later.
- Field Updates in PR Deductions/Liabilities (Australia only)
A new field is now available on the Addl Info tab for Australian companies. See Include in Superannuation Liability (SL) calculation for more information.
The STP Category combo box on the Addl Info tab has updated options.- SG - Superannuation Guarantee: This new category is the required selection for superannuation guarantee liabilities needed for STP reporting under Payday Super.
- SL - Superannuation Liability (deprecated): The existing SL category has been renamed to indicate it is being phased out. Use the new SG category in tandem with the Include in Superannuation Liability (SL) calculation checkbox for updated reporting requirements.
- New Email field in PR Super Clearing House Funds (Australia only)
- The PR Super Clearing House Funds form now has an Email field to help meet new Payday Super requirements.
- Form Updates to PR Super File Generate (Australia Only)
- In support of the new SAFF CSV format, several new fields are now available in the PR Super File Generate form. See File Format, Message Type, and Pay Date for more information on the fields.
Other existing fields have been reorganized in the form.
Additionally, the button previously labeled Generate Super File has been renamed to Generate File.
