Export a List of Assigned Licences for a Product

From the Admin Console, admins can export a licence list for a given product to a CSV file.

To export a licence list from the Admin Console to a CSV file:
  1. In the left pane, select Products & Licences.
  2. In the table, locate and select the name of a product.
  3. Scroll down to the Assigned licences section.
  4. Select Export.
    The export is handled in the background to avoid interrupting your workflow.
You are emailed a link to download the CSV file. A pop-up confirms the email address where you should expect to receive the link.
Open the email and select the download link. Use your choice of text editor or spreadsheet application to open the downloaded file.

Columns in the Assigned Licences List Export

Descriptions of each of the columns in the Admin Console assigned licences list export file.

The exported file contains these column headers.

ColumnDescription
User Name

The first and last name entered by the user when they created their Trimble ID.

If the user hasn't accepted the invitation by creating their Trimble ID, the name displays as pending.

EmailThe user's Trimble ID email address.
Status
  • Active - the user has created their Trimble ID and used it to sign in to any of the subscription's applications.
    Tip: The applications are listed in the Products & Licences screen within the Included applications dropdown.
  • Pending - the user has yet to create their Trimble ID.
  • Processing - the user has accepted the invitation to create their Trimble ID and the system is ____________
Expiry DateIndicates if the subscription is set to renew. If the subscription is set to expire, displays the expiration date.
