To change details related to shipping or billing in the Admin Console, you must create a new Trimble ID account.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the company name or address affiliated with your account. For this reason, it's highly recommended that you wait until your current subscription ends before changing the name or address.
If it's imperative that you update these details without waiting until your current subscription ends, you will need to
- create a new account and
- purchase new licences
Furthermore, you will not receive refunds for any licences associated with the prior account, even if they go unused.
Important: When creating your new account, do not use any email addresses already affiliated with a Trimble ID.
To begin the process of changing the company address or name:
- In the Admin Console, cancel all active subscriptions to prevent them from renewing. For more information, see Cancel a SubscriptionNo Content found for /db/organizations/viewpoint/repositories/account-services-production/content/documents/Global/Account_Services/Admin_Console/t_Cancel_A_Subscription.dita.
- Wait until your subscription ends to proceed.
- Once your subscription ends, return to the Trimble store where you made your original purchases.
- Create a new account with your updated company name or address.
- Complete your new orders.
- Assign your new licences to all of your users.
