Add Licences to a Subscription

You can add to the number of licences for an existing subscription from the manage subscription page.

You can add to your licence count, but you cannot reduce the number of licences in your subscriptions. To achieve a reduction in licence count, you will need to let your current subscription expire and then set up a new subscription with fewer licences. See Turn Off Auto Renewal.

To purchase additional licences in the Admin Console:

In the left pane, select Products & Licences.
In the table, select a subscription.
Select Manage subscription and then select the Manage dropdown.
Select Add licences.
Enter the number of licences you want to add.
Select Continue to checkout to purchase the additional licence count requested.
Select Place Order to confirm.
