If a product has multiple tiers, you can make changes to your existing subscription from the manage subscription page.
Some Trimble products offer tiers at several price points, each with different levels of access and features..To increase or reduce the tier of a purchased product in the Admin Console:
- In the left pane, select Products & Licences.
- In the table, locate and select the subscription to be changed.
- Select Manage subscription and then select the Manage dropdown.
- Select Change subscription tier.
Note: This option appears only if the product has multiple tiers.
- Select the subscription tier you want to change your licences to.
- Choose one of the following options to proceed:
- If you select an upgraded tier or add-on, select Continue to checkout to pay the prorated amount for the new tier. To confirm, select Place Order.
- If you select a downgraded tier, select Schedule downgrade to schedule the tier change for your next renewal period.
