Refresh Data

You can use the "Refresh Data" feature to sync data from Jobpac's database. This ensures data consistency and helps you create time cards seamlessly.

Jobpac Mobile lets you sync user environments, pay periods, jobs, cost centres, and transaction codes. We recommend you sync data whenever needed so that the changes made in Jobpac's web application gets carried over to the Jobpac Mobile application.

To refresh data:

  1. Log into the Jobpac Mobile application.
  2. Tap the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Refresh Data.
  4. Choose one of the following to proceed:
    • Tap the item you would like to sync.
    • Tap Sync all to sync all the data.
Note: When you select Sync all, all the pay periods and jobs along with its cost codes and transaction codes will be fetched.
