Equipment Billing Rates Maintenance

Use this screen to establish equipment billing codes and up to five billing rate levels.

The equipment is first entered in the Spectrum Equipment File Maintenance screen. The level number is set up in the T+M Job Billing Setup screen as the equipment level number. Once these are set up they are used in Billing Transaction Entry and other entry screens throughout Spectrum to determine the hourly rate to charge the client when actual equipment usage hours are entered.

Click New or Edit to add or modify the information displayed in the list box. The New/Edit Equipment Billing Rates window displays.
