Use the Civil/Legal/Other Activities Maintenance screen to add and civil and legal codes to the Spectrum system. Civil, legal, and other activities codes are used to track reasons for work absences that are not medical, holiday, vacation, or sick related, but are still valid reasons to miss work. For example, codes defined here might be used to track jury duty or a volunteer duty that is performed by an employee on company time.
