Use Physical Inventory reports screen to select the reports you want to print. The selections buttons can be used to change the report options prior to printing the reports.

When you are performing a physical inventory count, all three of the report options available on this screen should be printed. The following list summarizes each report's function when analyzing physical inventory results:

• Physical Count Transaction Listing to ensure that all information has been entered correctly

• Physical Inventory Exception Listing to review a listing of all items for which there is no physical count entered

• Physical Inventory Variance Report to compare the Spectrum total for each item with the physical count for each item (only those items that do not properly reconcile will print)

• Physical Count Transaction Listing

• Physical Inventory Exception Report

• Physical Inventory Variance Report
