Period End Overview
On the Site Map screen, click on the Job Cost folder, and then click the Period End folder to access the Period End menu selections discussed below.
The Period End menu is used on occasion to delete historical information that is no longer required. Consult the Procedures chapter for detailed information about weekly, monthly, and yearly procedures.
CAUTION: Extreme caution should be exercised when
performing purges.
