Sign in to Vista Web for the First Time as a Trimble ID Managed User

The first time you sign into Vista Web using managed Trimble ID credentials, you will enter a temporary password before being prompted to set up your official password.

You should have received an email or text message with your username and temporary password. You need these credentials in order to log in to the web portal. If you did not receive your credentials via email or text, contact your administrator.
  1. On the Vista Web login page, select Sign In with Trimble ID.


    You will be redirected to the Trimble Sign In page.

  2. Enter your assigned username with your portal's short code in front, shortcode.username, then select Next.

    For example: buildco.cday

  3. Enter your temporary password, then select Sign In.
  4. You will see a screen that says Your organization updated their password policy. Select Update Password.
  5. Enter your new password, making sure it follows the Trimble password guidelines listed on the screen. Enter your new password again to confirm it.
  6. Select Continue.

    You should see a message that says your password was reset.

  7. To continue to log in to Vista Web, select Sign In.
  8. Enter your managed user credentials with your new password. For guidance, see Sign in with Trimble ID.
Every time you log in, you will need to use your Trimble ID credentials.

If you cannot log into the portal using your Trimble ID, contact your admin for assistance.
