Year-End Checklist (U.S.)
Use the following information to perform year-end processes for employees and vendors in the United States.

Paper and Electronic Filing Options
ProContractor offers you the flexibility to print paper copies of year-end forms directly from the system or generate and file forms electronically using one of the following services:
- Aatrix Report Filing

Generate and print paper forms for no additional fee. To enroll in the Aatrix e-filing service, see https://partner.aatrix.com/procontractor.Note: If you went live in 2024 and entered beginning balances in 2024, do not use Aatrix for generating Forms W-2. Aatrix doesn't include initial employee check amounts which were entered as part of beginning balances.
- Greenshades Electronic Filing
- Generate and file forms via Greenshades tax filing service. See https://go.greenshades.com/ for details. Contact VViewpoint Sales for details on purchasing Greenshades Electronic Filing.
Greenshades support for Form 1095-C is included in ProContractor starting in version 3.16.2.
Viewpoint Forms
Viewpoint Business Forms offers pre-printed and blank forms. Use the following table as a guide when ordering forms. Visit www.viewpointforms.com or call (800) 825-8649 for details.
