Create a Subcontract Change Order and Route it for Approval
Create a subcontract change order to change the commitment of pricing, scope of work, terms, and conditions for a subcontractor.
- On the Enter Subcontract Change Order screen, enter the details of the subcontract change order.
- Select the users and/or the document routing distribution group that will review the subcontract change order.
- If needed, contact the reviewers to advise them to review the subcontract change order.
- On the View Subcontract Log screen, periodically view the status of the document routing for the subcontract change order to monitor the review process.
- Once the subcontract change order is approved, manage the subcontract change order and the PDF file as needed.
