Print a cost item memo from the estimate
- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
- From the Estimate tab, open the cost item that contains the memo you want to print.
- Select the Notes tab. The memo appears in the Memo section of the Notes tab.
- Click Print Memo.
- Click Print.
- The Company field does not apply to this report.
- In the Title field, enter the title text to appear on the report.
- In the Header Line 1, enter text to print at the top of the report. Defaults to the name of the estimate.
- In the Header Line 2, enter a second line of text to print at the top of the report.
- In the Footer field, enter text to appear at the bottom of the report. Defaults to the company selected in the Company field.
- Select the Print All checkbox to print all pages in the report. Deselect this checkbox to select the pages of the report to print. This checkbox is available when the Print Selection checkbox is deselected.
- Select the Print Portrait checkbox, to print the report in portrait layout. Deselect this checkbox to print the report in landscape layout.
- The Print With Grid checkbox does not apply to this report.
- Select the Print Selection checkbox to print all selected memos. Deselect the checkbox to activate the Print All checkbox.
- In the Start Page field, enter the first page of the report to print. This field is only available if the Print All checkbox is deselected.
- In the End Page field, enter the last page of the report to print. This field is only available if the Print All checkbox is deselected.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
