Import a backup to an existing job or catalog


  2. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  3. Click Estimating > Tools > Estimating Import/Export Tool in the All Tasks pane.
  4. On the Import tab, select the Backup option button and click OK.
  5. In the Access Database field, click .
  6. Browse to the file you want to import and click Open.
  7. In the Existing Jobs and Catalogs list box, select the catalog to be overridden. The estimate job name or catalog name is displayed in the Name field.
  8. Click Import.
  9. Click Yes.
  10. Click OK.
