Add, edit, or remove filter tags for an existing sheet

You can also rename the sheet or enter/change notes for the sheet by following these steps.

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Open the Sheets tab, and ensure that the Filter toggle is off.
  3. Select the sheet you want to edit and do one of the following:
    • Click Edit.
    • Right-click and select Edit Properties.
      Note: You cannot edit the active sheet within the Sheets tab.
  4. In the Properties window, enter one or more keywords to identify the sheet in the Tags field. Separate multiple keywords with a comma.
    Note: Keywords can contain alphanumeric characters and can consist of multiple words, but cannot begin or end with a space.

    Alphanumeric characters include the letters A through Z, the numerals 0 through 9, and all special characters except comma, dash, period, percent, tilde, and single quote.

  5. To rename the sheet, enter a new name in the Name field.
  6. To add comments or a description for the sheet, enter text in the Notes field.
  7. Click OK.
